CITB Funding: Financial Support for Your Construction Training

ABOUT CITB

CITB is a whole-of-industry led organisation that provides support to attract, train and retain South Australian building and construction workers by providing leadership in training and skills development.

The CITB:

  • provides access to subsidised training for apprentices, their employers and workers in the industry;
  • promotes and supports careers in construction;
    advises the SA Government on industry training;
  • supports training, innovation, research and planning;
  • attracts our future workforce through vocational training in schools by supporting the doorways2construction™ program.

This course and all related training and assessment services are delivered by Link Resources Training Pty Ltd (RTO Provider Number 45483).

HOW CITB FUNDING WORKS

CITB funding is available to eligible apprentices, employers and workers in the South Australian building and construction industry, including those based in Adelaide.

  1. Check or apply for your CITB number.VisitCITBor download the MyCITB app to confirm your eligibility and track your funding allowance.
  2. Choose an eligible coursefrom the list below, delivered by Link Resources Training Pty Ltd (RTO 45483), a CITB endorsed training provider.
  3. Provide your CITB number at enrolment. This is required before the subsidy can be applied.
  4. Pay only the gap fee. CITB covers the rest, up to $3,000 per calendar year per eligible person.
