Boost workplace health and safety
Need a hand with your workplace health and safety? Our expert consultants can come in and review your safety management plans, take care of any safety & standard operating procedures that need developing, and carry out any site inspections or audits to make sure everything’s in top condition.
We take the well-being of your employees seriously.
Environmental responsibilities
Taking care of the environment is just one of the key responsibilities in the heavy industries. Our consultants are here to help.
Link Resources offers support in developing environmental management plans and impact statements while working with you on spill response and chemical management procedures. Need an environmental audit conducted? Our consultants can manage that, too.
Emergency management
You can never be too prepared for emergencies, which is why our consultants go to great lengths to help you and your organisation cover all bases in emergency response.
We can come to your worksite and run emergency response drills and scenarios specific to the scope of work you conduct. We can also set up on-site first aid rooms, provide emergency response equipment, and help elect and train fire wardens.
Learning & development
No matter what stage of your career you or your team are in, there’s always room for growth. Our consultants love helping organisations review, develop, or improve your training programs so your workforce is constantly developing.
We also provide expert analysis on what skills or qualifications need to be learned or brushed up on within your team, ensuring everyone is up to date and working at their fullest potential.
Rehabilitation & return to work
Link Resources can help your employees through rehab & return to work programs. We know plenty of organisations don’t have these structures in place.
Injuries shouldn’t have to spell the end of a career, so we do everything in our power to get you back on track to where you were before. We can also help organisations with your rehab & return to work cases while providing you with education and advice.
Health & well-being
We’ll support you to develop your team’s health and well-being within the workplace. We appreciate the need to set up, develop, and roll out health initiatives for staff, help with vaccinations, provide flu vaccinations, and help with mental health initiatives. We also roll out information and awareness sessions for staff and conduct drug and alcohol screening and testing on your behalf.
