Course details
Brisbane’s construction and demolition sector is one of the most active in Queensland, with ongoing renovation and redevelopment of residential and commercial properties built before 1990. These buildings commonly contain bonded asbestos materials including cement sheeting, fibre cement cladding, textured coatings, and vinyl floor tiles. SafeWork Queensland requires anyone removing non-friable asbestos in the workplace to be supervised by, or hold, a Class B asbestos removal licence.
